The methods of therapy she offers her clients are highly-effective in treating complex trauma and significant stress. The result: changing your own undesirable behaviors, improving your view of yourself, and moving your quality of life from survival to thriving.
Erin is an EMDR-trained therapist that also incorporates IFS and parts work into every session. Erin’s approach is client centered and trauma informed. All therapy sessions are provided as telehealth through a HIPAA secure platform.
Erin also provides clinical licensure supervision to individuals with an LMSW license in Missouri.
Here’s Who We Help…

Welcome to the trenches of motherhood!
Postpartum can be a lot of things all at once and it can be really tricky to make sense of it all. Some extra support from a clinical therapist can provide the insight, compassion, and empathy that might be difficult to find right now.
Erin has personal lived experience with these experiences and extensive clinical experience treating clients in their postpartum season.

You are the default parent of your home.
Staying on top of it all, making lists, being in control, having a plan- all of these skills can help you be very successful but also very burnt out, stressed, depressed, and creating a huge urge to crawl back in bed or "check-out".
As you navigate your current daily grind, you may also be experiencing emotional pain from unresolved childhood traumas that increases moments of feeling overstimulated, angry, and more reactive than mindful.
The stress of making sense of your own complex traumas from childhood while parenting your own children may make you question your self-worth and second-guess your judgement.
Erin is an expert in this area and can provide you with several therapeutic interventions to better manage these challenges.

You're an adult now, congratulations!
And as you experience life in your adult years, you might be having trouble navigating your adult relationship with the humans that raised you in childhood. This is a tough transition, to go from being the child of your parents to being the adult-child of your parents.
Boundaries change, you start to create your own family, the expectations your parents have of you may not align with who you are becoming and this can create serious issues when you are the adult child of emotionally immature parents. Meaning, your parents have selfish tendencies, are moody, impulsive and controlling.
Erin has worked with adult children of emotionally immature parents in a therapeutic setting for 4+ years and is well-trained to help you navigate these challenges.
