About Us

We’ve been helping women in Missouri navigate the challenges of motherhood, trauma, and postpartum struggles

since we opened in 2022.

Rage-filled, overwhelmed, and checked out women have been working with Erin Randol, Clinical Therapist as their therapist since Sunrise Therapy Services opened in 2022.

We help postpartum moms, mothers of young children, and adult children of narcissistic abuse from childhood.

We love to help women in Missouri find clarity and confidence in their decisions while strengthening their ability to practice patience and perspective taking.

Together with the client, Erin will dig into the roots of the problem and rewire the brain through deep trauma work. EMDR and Parts Work are the main interventions used with clients.

Erin also provides clinical licensure supervision to social workers in Missouri. Click Here to learn more.

Meet Erin

Hey there! I’m Erin Randol.

I live on a farm in Southeast Missouri with my super-cool husband, three super-fun kids, and an alarming number of cows.

I’m a big fan of the idea of being a life-long learner. I like a good audio book, podcasts, and interactive training that allow me to geek out harder and harder each day on this therapy stuff. I literally love it all. I am confident that life led me to my perfect career path.

As much as I love a good life plan, I didn’t wake up one day and think, “I’m going to be a therapist.” After college in 2010, I randomly ended up getting a masters in social work and later became clinically licensed. And now I am out here living my best life as a therapist.

When I’m not working or volunteering, I’m hangin’ with my besties (ages 8, 6, and 2). I love giving them new experiences and skills like how to pull the weeds out of the garden and not the whole zucchini plant, or how to cut food without losing a finger, and why a shower before bed IS actually necessary more than twice a week.

If you need help navigating life’s messes, I’ve got the experience, the confidence, and just enough sarcasm to get you through it.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
